The Dallas Cowboys defense has been atrocious at times this year. The Cowboys have had a variety of injuries throughout their defense, particularly along their defensive line. One of the players fighting injury is defensive end DeMarcus Ware, who knows he hasn’t been himself lately.

“Health wise, I’m fine, I feel good, I was running around out there, I didn’t get tired,” Ware said earlier in the week, via ESPN.com. “At the end of the day I haven’t been playing like the DeMarcus of the past and I got to get back to that.

“It’s December (and) people always say the light turns on in December and you set yourself apart from everybody and I got to get back on track with that.”

Ware is going to return to that form.

What’s my name?” Ware said, via Tim McMahon of ESPNDallas.com. “All right. Ain’t nothing changed. I don’t feel like nothing has changed.”

“I see a guy who is close,” Ware said. “People can say what they want to say. Tell them to get in front of me and see if they can block me. Then we’ll go from there.”
