Marcos Maidana was able to dominate Adrien Broner on Saturday night, as the two men competed for the WBO welterweight title. It was a physical, dirty fight that had plenty of shoving, pulling, headbutts and elbows/forearms to the head, but it was an odd exchange between the two fighters that got social media talking.

Broner is known as a brash, cocky fighter that looks to be controversial, and he did just that in the second round of the fight.

While the two men were engaged in the corner of the ring, Broner decided to come up from behind Maidana and hump the challenger from behind.

Here is the video evidence:

Unfortunately for Broner, the antics angered Maidana and he paid him back with a heavy left that scored a knockdown.

Later in the fight, Broner learned that turnabout is fair play.

With the two men clinched once again, this time it was Maidana who had the back position and he returned the favor with some humps of his own.

In the end, the silly antics didn’t matter and Maidana won a clear decision to take home the welterweight strap.
