The Oakland Raiders are once again at the bottom of their division and fighting to finish the season strong.

This team looked to be a completely different compared to their 2012 campaign with the offense being led by quarterback Terrelle Pryor. I’m not a Raiders fan, but during a mid-season review, I actually had the Raiders competing for one of the Wild Card spots in the AFC.

That’s how much this Raiders team has impressed me this year. But things have slowed down lately, so everything has changed.

With all that being said, the team has finally placed strong safety Tyvon Branch on the injured reserve after being sidelined since Week 2. The only game he played was against that thrilling opener against the Indianapolis Colts.

Branch recorded five tackles and a sack in that game. He has a career 445 tackles, seven sacks and four interceptions in his six years with the Oakland Raiders.
