Kirk Cousins throws first TD vs. Falcons (GIF)

After fumbling away the ball on the very first drive, Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins was able to bounce back with an impressive touchdown strike to tight end Fred Davis. Coming off of a play-action fake, Cousins was able to throw the ball perfectly into the corner of the endzone as it dropped in right over Fred Davis’ shoulder.

These are the kind of throws that Robert Griffin III simply wasn’t making when he was out in the starting line up, so it is nice to see Cousins showing the team what they were looking for.

Unfortunately for the Redskins, some ill-timed turnovers have them in an early 17-7 hole.
