Arizona (9-5) got the win they needed to remain one game back of the San Francisco 49ers for the 6th and final NFC playoff spot.  Jay Feely nailed a 41-yard overtime field goal to give the Cardinals the 37-34 overtime victory over the Tennessee Titans.

The next two games will be the key for Arizona’s playoff fate when they face off against division rivals Seattle and San Francisco, respectively. One player they may be without for their week 16 matchup against the Seahawks is wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, Fitzgerald suffered a concussion while attempting to recover an onside kick in the fourth quarter.

In order for the All Pro wideout to be available for next week’s game, he will have to undergo and pass a series of NFL mandated concussion tests during the week.

It would undoubtedly be a blow if he is unable to do so.

Fitzgerald leads the Cardinals in receptions (67), targets (111), and touchdowns (10), and ranks second in receiving yardage behind Michael Floyd.

Fitzgerald ranks 28th on the all-time receiving yardage list with 11,187 and 5th among all active NFL players.  He is in his 10th season in the league and has only missed 5 starts during that time.
