New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski’s season came to an end when he suffered a gruesome knee injury following a low hit from Cleveland Browns safety T.J. Ward. But life goes on, and that means trips to the grocery store.

Obviously Gronk’s injury probably makes it hard to walk around, which is why stores have those convenient electric scooters at your disposal. Gronk commandeered one and proceed to tool around the grocery store and pick up a few items.

A couple of young fans spotted Gronk and took a picture with him. He was still seated in the scooter when the picture was taken. He almost looks sort of embarrassed that he is riding in this scooter.

Surely, not how Gronkowski wanted to be spending his weekend.

In case you were curious, it was a Whole Foods.
