Many have said that the Chicago Bulls will not tank with Derrick Rose out of the season, but they may not have too. The Bulls have played some bad basketball lately, and you can blame the offense for that.

TNT was set to have two great games on Thursday night, with Oklahoma City and Chicago facing off, followed by Golden State and San Antonio. Well, Derrick Rose is out, and now the Bulls will be without Luol Deng (Achilles) and Kirk Hinrich (back) for Thursday night’s game against the Thunder, the team announced.

The Bulls are still a great defensive team, as their defensive rating is fifth in the league at 98.5 (points given up per 100 possessions). Their problems seem to be offensively and having no players to space the floor. They are 28th in offensive rating at 95.3 (points scored per 100 possessions), and they have shown us how much they miss guys like Nate Robinson on offense.

Gregg Popovich is resting Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan, so we could have two bad games tonight on national television. Injuries are making this a really sad season.
