The Green Bay Packers used to be hurting at the running back position but now have Eddie Lacy who has helped bring this Packers running game back to life.

Now with the running game being established, the tight end position has taken a lot of damage and appears to be thin. Veteran tight end Jermichael Finley suffered a bruised spinal cord and was limited to only five games this year for the Packers.

With Finley’s career in question, the Packers are hoping someone on their roster will step up and become the next big thing. Tight end Brandon Bostick was thought to be the future of this Packers offense after receiving praise from teammates back in November.

Bostick suffered a foot injury during Green Bay’s come back against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. The injury was so severe, he was placed on the injured reserve which will shut him down for the remainder of the year. He will close out his second year with seven receptions, 120 receiving yards  and one touchdown in 11 games.
