It appears that Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz turned and cursed at the Lions crowd as the fourth quarter came to an end.
This seems to be the cause:

Just saw replay, Schwartz had headset on when he turned the crowd's way and yelled something that appeared to include an expletive.
