On Monday Night Football, the Atlanta Falcons and the San Francisco 49ers are embroiled in an absolute battle with one another. With the woes of the Falcons this season, coupled with the resurgence of the reigning NFC Champions, not many saw this coming, but it’s only fitting in the last regular season game in Candlestick Park.

The Falcons have been able to stay in this one so far by basically knocking the San Francisco offense out of its rhythm, which is the only way to slow down this offense, and they put that on display in the third quarter.

On this play, 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick dropped back to pass and immediately found himself under duress. As he tried to escape utilizing those legs that made him famous, he turned around and ran right into Atlanta’s Jonathan Massaquoi, who planted the third-year signal caller:
