If the item atop your Christmas list was a Carl’s Jr. commercial starring Terrell Owens, well, it looks like Santa came a bit early this year. (Also, you really need to work on your Christmas lists.)

The advertisement will begin airing on New Year’s Eve, but you can check it out below. It features Owens reminiscing about his time in Philadelphia and the relationship he had with Eagles fans. Also, because it is an ad for Carl’s Jr., it features multiple women in bikinis. You know, because it is scientifically impossible for women to enjoy  — nay, to even be in the vicinity of — a mid-level fast food burger while remaining fully clothed.

Brad Haley, chief marketing officer for the burger empire, spoke about why the company selected Owens for the ad:

"Who better to help us promote the best-ever Philly Cheesesteak Thickburger than former Philadelphia pro wide receiver Terrell Owens? Terrell had sort of a love-hate relationship with Philly fans, and we make the most of that in the humorous ad campaign for the burger. I think the world will see that he has pretty good acting chops and doesn’t mind poking fun at himself (AL.com)."

It’d be fitting to end this with some cheap joke about how nobody should be surprised by Owens’ acting chops considering he spent the last few years of his career impersonating a wide receiver, but we’re famished over here and can’t seem to focus. So, uh, insert your own joke here.
