Tampa Bay Buccaneers CB Darrelle Revis reportedly named to Pro Bowl

The 2014 Pro Bowl rosters will be announced officially tonight on NFL Network but there have already been names leaking out all day long as to who made the cut and who has been snubbed of the honor. One surprising name to hear make one of the two Pro Bowl teams is Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Darrelle Revis.

Revis’ business manager made the announcement late on Friday night, which means either Revis has indeed made the Pro Bowl or his business manager was grossly misinformed.

Revis has had a rough year with the Buccaneers, haven not put up the elite numbers he is used to but still managing to be a factor for the Bucs. It’s likely that Deion Sanders drafted him to his team, with the defense being that despite the injuries and the crappy situation, Revis still managed to be solid and it turns out he was doing so on an ACL that wasn’t totally healed.
