We figured that we’d have a dogfight on our hands today between the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers for the NFC North title and the trip to the postseason on the line. When two rivals get together with high stakes like these on the line, anything can happen.

You know, like Bears QB Jay Cutler showing out after he was criticized all week following last week’s blowout loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Yes, Cutler was terrible in that loss last week, but this week he’s everything the Bears have wanted him to be and it showed in the third quarter when they were down 20-14.

Down at home, Cutler kept his poise and led his team on a four-play, 74-yard drive that was set up by this beautiful toss to Alshon Jeffery for 67 yards, setting up the eventual score:

This is the Cutler that everyone was looking for, thus the harsh criticism throughout the week after the Eagles loss. Eventually, after this play, Matt Forte found the end zone, giving the Bears the one-point lead following the extra point that was converted.
