There are a few moments you don’t want to miss as a parent. The first steps taken by your child. The first words murmured by your child. The first day of school. And of course, their first career collegiate touchdown which is exactly what took place during Tuesday’s AdvoCare V100 Bowl.

The son of former Major League Baseball icon Ken Griffey Jr., Trey Griffey hauled in his first touchdown as a member of the Arizona Wildcats who were taking on Boston College.

Rising above two defenders, Trey Griffey brought down the impressive catch, maintaining control throughout as he rolled in the end zone from the hit.

Not to miss the action, Papa Griffey was seen with a camera that might likely cost more than the annual income of a third world country. Seriously, Ken could use that thing to produce a television show on Animal Planet or something.

Regardless, oversized camera or not, a proud moment for the Griffey family.
