Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen was able to come away from Black Monday hanging on to his job, but there is a still a chance that he could be let go heading in to the offseason. While it is strongly believed that Allen will be able to keep his job and return as the Raiders coach in 2014, he will find out for sure next Monday.

According to CSNBayArea.com, Raiders owner Mark Davis is scheduled to meet with Allen next Monday to let his final decision be known. At that point, Allen will find out with 100 percent certainty whether he will get to spend another offseason looking to improve the franchise or f he will be searching for a new job.

Allen should be safe and learn that he will be staying with the team, but the Raiders have often been unpredictable so we will have to wait and see for sure.
