Ramsm WR Tavon Austin not content with rookie season

The St. Louis Rams did everything they could to trade up and select Tavon Austin during the 2013 NFL Draft.
They eventually did end up getting their man, but the results of Austin’s rookie season were mildly disappointing.
Of course, for many, Austin’s freshman campaign in the NFL was more than acceptable but the former West Virginia product, who was touted as a potential Rookie of the Year – it didn’t go as planned, leading to Austin suggesting he did ‘OK’:
"“I did OK,” Tavon Austin said. “Not the year I definitely wanted. I had a slow start and then hurt at the end but my focus next year is finish the year out and play how I usually play, make big plays and help this team win.”"
For what it’s worth, Austin said he plans to come back stronger for the 2014 season with added muscle:
"“I am going to put on a couple more pounds, not lose my speed and just work on the small things of the game, the mental part, some things like that,” Austin said. “That’s what I can improve.”"
