Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson has been arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. This would be the second time in two months this has happened. The arrest happened this morning after Henderson is alleged to have tried to sleep off his evening, but was still too intoxicated to operate his vehicle according to police.
Henderson refused to take the breathalyzer test at the scene, which is what he did the first time he was arrested as well. Henderson was out for two games due to the first arrest, which allowed Audie Cole to step up and play well in his place at middle linebacker. When Henderson returned, he moved to weak side linebacker until Cole was injured, allowing Henderson to return to the middle. Henderson was believed to be a player Leslie Frazier liked, but with Frazier now fired, Henderson may not be long for the Vikings. Rosters are currently frozen, so they cannot make a move at the moment.
