WWE should considering using NXT talent for YouTube pre-shows

The World Wrestling Entertainment, just like most sports have themselves a ‘development’ system and can call or send down wrestlers whenever they please.

WWE NXT has brought up some huge stars, guys like Curtis Axel, Daniel Bryan, The Shield, The Wyatt Family, A.J. Lee, Kaitlyn, so on and so on. Now they have a new wave of talent on their NXT Roster who will be with the ‘Major League’ roster soon.

Now I’ve been throwing out this idea for awhile now and it involves WWE’s pay per view YouTube Pre-Shows. If you have no idea what that is, it’s a match up that airs live on YouTube before the actual event. The pre-show is around 30 minutes long but the match only lasts maybe 15 minutes depending on who’s in it.

A couple of these matches over the last couple of months were worthy of being placed on the main card. For instance we had Fandango taking on Dolph Ziggler at Tables, Ladders and Chairs but we had R-Truth taking on Brodus Clay on the main card. That doesn’t make any type of sense.

No disrespect to those athletes, but the match didn’t catch the eye of those who were attending the show or watching on pay per view. Ziggler and Fandango would have fit perfectly on the card.

NXT has a lot of matches that could end up headlining the pre-show. For instance, we’ve seen Bo Dallas take on Adrian Neville over the last couple weeks on NXT. That’s a match up that would be great for YouTube.

The NXT brand is popular with fans of the WWE and is talked about a lot. Plus if the company were to do this, it would give the young talent a chance to experience what it would be like when they’re on the main roster. I mean, these guys will one day be on a pay per view card, so why not?

I know fans wouldn’t mind watching Adrian Neville taking on Bo Dallas before a pay per view like The Royal Rumble or WWE Elimination Chamber. They have themselves some of the best talent in their farm system so why not show it off to the world before big events?
