Mike Conley scored 31 points on 11-of-19 shooting, matching his career high, and dished out seven assists to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to a 104-99 victory over the Phoenix Suns at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee Friday night.

Zach Randolph had 20 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists, continuing his stretch of outstanding play in the absence of Marc Gasol. Ed Davis added 10 points, 17 rebounds and three blocks off of the bench.

Goran Dragic had 21 points, eight assists and three rebounds to lead the Suns.

Markieff Morris scored 17 points and grabbed four rebounds off of the bench, P.J. Tucker had 11 points and nine rebounds and Miles Plumlee added eight points, 11 rebounds, two blocks and two steals.

This was a very entertaining game that went back-and-forth throughout the fourth quarter.

With the Suns holding an 88-86 lead, Conley hit a jumper and followed it up with a three-pointer. Davis’ 14-footer gave the Grizzlies a five-point lead that they would never relinquish because James Johnson hit a key a three-pointer and the Grizzlies sunk their free throws down the stretch.

The Grizzlies are now 16-19 while the Suns are 21-14.
