San Diego Chargers rookie linebacker Manti Te’o didn’t make it through the first half of the team’s divisional round match up with the division rival Denver Broncos. Te’o was attempting to tackle Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno, when he took a hit to the helmet as he crashed to the turf.

Te’o was forced to leave the game early as the medical staff helped him make his way to the locker room to go through concussion testing.

When the second half begin, Te’o was still absent from the game and Tracy Wolff of CBS Sports reported that he has been ruled done for the day with the concussion that was feared.
