Guys, did you know Tom Brady and Peyton Manning will be foes this weekend?! I mean, I wouldn’t be surprised if you were unaware — it’s a storyline that’s received, inexplicably, almost no attention in the national media — but I thought it’d be a nice gesture to clue you in. Also, there’s this rule where you are not allowed to talk about one of the quarterbacks without comparing him to the other. Also, words like “legacy” and “pantheon” should be dominate the conversation.

Anyway, Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker was recently asked to compare the two quarterbacks. He said choosing between the two would be like “comparing Picasso and Michelangelo,” an analogy that completely falls apart because, as far as I can recall, Picasso was never a Ninja Turtle.

Remember, you’ll have your Football Fan Card revoked if you lack a strong take about Manning vs. Brady, so start working on your comparisons now!
