Jets TE Kellen Winslow was allegedly masturbating in his car

In November , New York Jets tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. found himself in some trouble when he was arrested and later charged with possession of synthetic marijuana. Now more of the story is coming out, and according to court documents, police were called to the scene by a woman who thought she saw him masturbating in his car in the parking lot of a Target.

From the report, via the Newark Star-Ledger:

"As she exited her vehicle, she commented to the male regarding how cold it was. As she stood near the open driver side window of the Escalade, she observed the males [sic] erect penis. She stated that she believed he was masturbating. [The woman] provided a written statement regarding her account."

So police arrived and found Winslow “slouched in his seat and moving around.” When Winslow saw the police officer, he got into an “upright position in the seat” as the officer approached. The officer wrote that “his genitals were not exposed” but he did notice “two open containers of Vaseline on his center console.” Police officers also noticed plastic bags marked “Mr. Happy” and empty plastic containers of “Funky Monkey.”

And when police officers asked what he was doing, Winslow allegedly said he was looking for Boston Market but was lost.

Officers searched his car with Winslow’s consent and took some items as evidence. Of course, a month later at the end of December lab tests came back they revealed that Winslow was in possession of synthetic marijuana. That led to Winslow being formally charged on December 30th.
