It’s Championship Sunday, which means that fans around the NFL are parked in front of their televisions, phones in hand, and are ready to take in the second best Sunday of the football season with the world of social media. Thanks to the fact that we live in a Twitter world, you don’t have to leave your couch to have a conversation with fans much in the same way you would at a bar.

With the Broncos and the Patriots taking the field for the early game, fans on both sides took to Twitter to call out their predictions for the game. Looking at the neutral hashtag of #DENvsNE, it appears that Twitter has picked a winner, if only barely.

That’s just a small sample size and hardly overwhelming, but either Patriots fans just aren’t tweeting or the Broncos are already the toast of Twitter.
