While the weather is expected to be pleasant as possible in Denver when the Broncos host the New England Patriots in the 2014 AFC Championship, the same can’t be said for the NFC counterpart.

Snow and rain are unlikely for the 2014 NFC Championship between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks, however spotting the sun will be difficult as the game time forecast calls for partly to mostly cloudy skies with temperatures falling below 40 degrees with the wind chill included.

Kick off, which is scheduled just after 3pm local time (6 PM et) should be relatively mild with temperatures just above 40. Winds – which can often be swirling at CenturyLink Field are expected to be relatively calm, only blowing at 3 to 5 mph for the majority of the game.

Temperatures will dip to 38 degrees come the final quarter though will actually raise back up a bit before the final gun is expected to sound with humidity levels approaching 100%.

Unlike the Divisional Round which was filled with rain and cold, it doesn’t appear Seattle will hold a weather advantage for the NFC Championship.
