Romeo Crennel is about to be back patrolling the NFL sidelines. There has been plenty of chatter over the recent week about Crennel returning to coaching, the move was finally made official on Monday morning.

Crennel has agreed to a three year deal with the Houston Texans, which is the team that he was linked to from the minute the rumors began to surface.

From Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports:

Crennel is a very experienced coach that has made numerous stops around the league, but he also has a special connection to Texans head coach Bill O’Brien — he is a “Bill Belichick guy.”
