Tired of Richard Sherman news? You might want to log off the internet for a while then because it just continues to trickle in.
Stemming off Sherman’s ‘unique’ interview with Erin Andrews after Sunday night’s NFC Championship win over the San Francisco 49ers (and his behavior on the field on the final play), model Marissa Miller called the Seattle Seahawks defensive back a ‘hood‘.
Miller isn’t without some bias though as the Santa Cruz native is a huge 49ers fan and understandably was frustrated with the loss, something she noted the following morning.
Most of you know what I meant last night but I should have used a word that couldn’t be misinterpreted. Passion and heat are part of sports.
It was undoubtedly a poor word choice for Miller, though, far from the worst thing Sherman has been called in recent days.
Part of an act or not, the former Stanford Cardinal (I guess Miller isn’t a big college fan given Stanford’s proximity) has certainly made himself a villain.
