Clemson Tigers quarterback Tajh Boyd is one of the quarterbacks taking part in the 2014 Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama this week, so he will have the opportunity to meet with a number of teams.

When Boyd was asked about what NFL franchises are showing interest, he listed a handful of teams but said that there was one team showing some added interest.

“The Broncos, the Eagles, the Bears, the Raiders,” Boyd told Walter Football. “There are more, but I can’t think of all of them off the top of my head. I think the Raiders have been showing the most so far. I have a lot of other meetings set up, so we’ll just have to see how the week goes.”

The Raiders are expected to address the quarterback position at some point in the offseason, so their interest in Boyd certainly makes plenty of sense.

If they choose to go with the best player available with their first-round pick, they would be able to target a signal-caller like Boyd in the second-round. Of course, they will have plenty of time to evaluate players in the coming months, so plenty can change.
