
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a rough start season and ultimately decided to make a change at head coach. New head coach Lovie Smith gets the No. 7 pick in the draft and they’re open to doing anything with it, including trading it. If they do take a player, Smith and general manager Jason Licht will have to agree on whichever player they pick.
Licht said there will be no arguments on draft day. If he and Lovie Smith can't agree on a player on draft day, they won't draft that player

They’re working on personnel decisions together.
