The Miami Dolphins are looking for someone to fill their general manager position after letting go of Jeff Ireland, and it appears that they may have found their man. After brining him in for two interviews, including one on Satruday, the Miami Dolphins have formally offered their vacant general manager position to New England Patriots director of pro personnel Nick Caserio.

There were some that believed Caserio to be the frontrunner to land the job and it appears that those with haunch were correct. While these front office executives are virtually unknown to the average fan, the thing to know about Caserio is that he comes from the Bill Belichick way of doing things.

In case you didn’t know, that way of doing things is a winning way.

The Dolphins will now wait for Caserio to make a decision on their offer, which means while they may have found the guy they want, he may not want them in return.
