Super Bowl Media Day 2014: Seahawks, Broncos media day jackets unveiled (Photo)

In the past, the teams who make the Super Bowl stroll out to Media Day in their game jerseys, but this year Nike has designed some special gear for the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos to wear when the players take the podium later this week.

On Monday morning, ESPN’s Darren Rovell shared photos of what the players will wear, and they are Nike track jackets that have the team and Super Bowl XLVIII logo plastered on the shoulders.

This is a great move by the NFL and Nike, because the track jackets could be a hot seller for fans of both teams.

While everyone likes seeing the jerseys, having some new apparel to stroll out during Super Bowl Media Day will get plenty of eyes on the new threads and the visibility and exposure should translate to dollar signs for the league.
