Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was one of the biggest story lines at Super Bowl Media Day, thanks to his attempt to hide from media on the floor at the Prudential Center.

After meeting with the media for about six minutes, Lynch walked away to into the background and attempted to avoid any more attention. However, he was tracked down by Deion Sanders of the NFL Network for an epic interview.

There were some questions about how the NFL would feel about Lynch’s hesitance to fulfill the one-hour obligation for his media appearance, but they appear to be satisfied — even if he did say “sh-t”, “hell yeah” and speak in the third-person. At least he talked.

“Players are required to participate and he participated,” NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told Pro Football Talk in an email.  “We will continue to monitor the situation.”

By continuing to monitor the situation, the NFL is likely trying to decide whether or not to fine Lynch for cursing on live television.
