Denver players displeased with interviews on yacht
By Stu White
Cornerback Quentin Jammer and defensive tackle Sione Fua were among a slew of Denver players to express displeasure at being interviewed aboard a yacht during Thursday’s media session.
What, being seasick days before the biggest game of the year isn’t ideal?!
Jammer, who toughed it out and stayed for the entire 45-minute session despite feeling nauseated, said the yacht was a poor choice as an interview location:
"I don’t like the boat. I’m not feeling very good with all this rocking. I don’t know who thought to have these interviews on the boat, but it’s really not a good idea (NJ.com)."
Fua said even being interviewed in a hallway would have been preferable to the boat:
"I have a headache from all of the rocking. (Wednesday) was even worse. Why couldn’t we do this in the hotel? It makes no sense. If they didn’t have a big enough ballroom, we could’ve done it in a hallway. That would’ve been better than this."
Let it be known Seattle players weren’t forced to do interviews aboard the yacht. Hmmmm…do I smell a conspiracy here? WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO PULL, MR. GOODELL?
