Johnny Manziel is going to be one of the more polarizing player in the 2014 NFL draft as some teams question whether the former Texas A&M Aggies quarterback and Heisman winner’s skills will translate to the next level, but Cleveland Brown’s receiver Josh Gordon thinks it would be great for the city of Cleveland if they drafted him.

"“For the media market and a city like Cleveland, which is real small, I think it would be huge to have him. Great for the city, and the environment, but I’m not really sure who they want. There’s a lot of great talent out there. There’s a couple guys on that list.”"

The Browns own the fourth pick and have been linked to Manziel in various mock drafts in anticipation of May’s draft. Cleveland and the Jacksonville Jaguars who pick one spot ahead of the Browns have been referenced as possible destinations for Manziel because of the draw he represents and appeal he provides in jersey and ticket sales.

Whoever is the quarterback for Cleveland next year will undoubtedly be looking for Gordon early and often as the Pro Bowl receiver is one of the best in the game.
