The New York Giants were a bad football team in 2013 and they need to use this offseason to fill holes and make huge improvements. One player that is on their radar to bring back is defensive end Justin Tuck, but the Giants won’t be able to bring their star back as easily as they’d like.

According to the New York Post, Tuck has guaranteed the media that he’s going to be testing free agency this offseason no matter what anyone says.

"“I will see what the market is for me,” Tuck said during a promotional appearance for MetLife. “I’ve never been in this situation before, and it’s a great opportunity for myself. I would be doing myself a disservice if I didn’t see what the market is, and I will.”"

This doesn’t mean that Tuck won’t come back to the Giants, but it significantly increases the chances of such a thing happening. He’s going to be getting plenty of offer on the market and the Giants may end up having to let him walk in order to fill other pressing needs on the roster.
