During his time in Honolulu, Hawaii for the 2014 Pro Bowl, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon got to know Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald with the two working together as members of Team Rice.

While Gordon admitted to initially being starstruck by Fitzgerald, the two build a relationship that will continue on into the summer.

Once Gordon begins to prepare for the upcoming season, he will be making the trip to Minnesota for Fitzgerald’s annual pre-camp all-star training session that includes a number of Pro Football Hall of Famers.

“I’m definitely going to make the trip,” said Gordon, via Cleveland.com. “I talked to Larry and he personally invited me out. Michael invited me, Jerry invited me, so I’ve got to go. It’s going to be fun. It will be in the summer time and help get ready for training camp and hopefully tear it up this season.”

Gordon is already one of the top young wide receivers in the league, so training with the best and getting in more work with elite athletes will only help his skill set continue to grow.
