Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles will be taking home at least one award for his incredible season at the third annual NFL Honors ceremony on Saturday night.

As the awards began to roll out, it was announced that Charles has been named the 2013 NFL.com Fantasy Player of the Year.

Charles finished the season with 1,287 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns, while adding another 693 yards and 7 touchdowns on 70 catches. He was clearly the most deserving player of the honor and was responsible for a number of fantasy football players bringing home their league championships this year.

With Charles’ amazing season, the Chiefs were able to put together one of the most impressive turnarounds in NFL history.
