With the Cleveland Browns owning the fourth pick in this May’s NFL Draft, there is much speculation that the team will ultimately use that pick to upgrade themselves at the quarterback position, which we can all see is much-needed, and that includes wide receiver Josh Gordon.

Whether it’s with that fourth pick or the 26th one they own in that first round, the team and new head coach Mike Pettine will more than like draft a signal caller, and Gordon recently weighed in with his thoughts.

While he did mention some of the big names that have been making the rounds such as Johnny Manziel and Blake Bortles, Gordon went out of his way to mention that he’s a big fan of Fresno State product, Derek Carr.

"“I think I would be all right with anybody we get. We got some great guys right now that we are going to have returning, but the young guys, Johnny Manziel, Blake Bortles, those guys are great actually. I’m a fan of Derek Carr down at Fresno State. There is a bunch of talent out there, so anybody really,” Gordon said."

Car put on a rather nice showing at the Senior Bowl recently, and some good workouts between now and Draft Day could put him in the conversation with Manziel and Bortles, and possibly a chance to play with one of his “fans” in Gordon.
