This game has got off to a wild start after the Seattle Seahawks elected to defer. Shortly after a botched snap that resulted in a safety, wide receiver Percy Harvin got Seattle fans to their feet with a huge pick up on a sweep play.

I knew this team was going to be a lot better offensively when I found out that they traded for Percy Harvin. Harvin’s time in Minnesota was obviously running out after having problems with coaches. The only thing he needs to do is shake the injury bug.

The speedy wide receiver gives this team a whole bunch of options. They could line him up in the backfield just like the Minnesota Vikings did when he was wearing that purple uniform. Right now the Seahawks are in the red zone, looking to add to their 2-0 lead over the Denver Broncos.

The sweep completely fooled Terrance Knighton who just stood there for a couple seconds after Harvin ran right by him before he realized where the ball was.

Here’s a look at the huge 30 yard pick up by Percy Harvin.
