One of the main concerns in regards to Super Bowl XLVIII was the public transit issue. There were worries that there would be long lines and people attempted to make their way to MetLife Stadium and those concerns have become a reality.

Multiple news outlets are reporting that lines at mass transit depots are all but stuck and hundreds to thousands deep.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the AP is reporting that ‘several’ people have collapsed while waiting in the long lines.

Hopefully everybody is okay as there have been no reports of injury (yet), though, still a relatively scary scene – especially for those involved.

Other reports have suggested the depots have been running their heat and combined with the mass of people, it has created a understandably warm environment.

Hopefully there are no more issues and everybody makes it to the game safely and can enjoy a fun evening.
