Warren Sapp apologizes to Michael Strahan (Video)

NFL Hall of Famer Warren Sapp has been actively campaigning against former NFL defensive end Michael Strahan getting into the Hall of Fame. Basically, Sapp doesn’t think Strahan’s resume is worthy despite many notable accomplishments.
Strahan was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which was announced on Saturday at “NFL Honors.” That means all Sapp’s campaigning was for nothing and he was wrong. Sapp ran into Strahan, who had called him a coward earlier in the week, and apologized and shared the story during a broadcast this morning.
“I grabbed him, and hugged him and wouldn’t let him go,” Sapp said describing his run-in Saturday night with Strahan. “I said, ‘please forgive me.”
Say what you want about Sapp, who really just wants to see Simeon Rice get into the Hall of Fame, but he sucked it up and apologized.
