One of the most talked about players in the Super Bowl this year was actually the guy who said the least amount of words. Richard Sherman got his fair share of the attention following his post-game rant in the NFC Championship game, but running back Marshawn Lynch proved to be the topic of much debate for being a man of few words.

Lynch talked softly but carried a big stick in the Super Bowl, scoring the first of many Seattle Seahawks touchdowns in the game. He showed that just because he doesn’t talk to the media doesn’t mean he’s a player who doesn’t care about the game has his contributions on Sunday night went a long way to helping the Seahawks win their first ever Super Bowl.

After the game, Lynch danced the night away with the music blasting from his headphones serving as the soundtrack to the celebrations. Lynch was silent but his music contained more than a few explicit words, and the beats coming out of his headphones turned Best Mode into dance mode.

Not talking to the media may have cost Lynch some serious coin during the season, but he’s a Super Bowl champion regardless and is now one of the most popular names in all of football.
