The Denver Broncos had the best offense in the NFL this past season but that didn’t stop them from scoring just 8 points against the Seattle Seahawks in what was one of the most embarrassing Super Bowl performances ever. Denver couldn’t have flamed out any faster as they trailed for a grand total of 59:48, which is a new Super Bowl record.

ESPN was quick to pile on the pain for the as almost immediately after the Seahawks hoisted the Lombardi Trophy, the network ran a sequel ad to an earlier commercial we had seen that featured the Broncos mascot and the Seahawks mascot feuding at the Bristol offices.

This sequel ad wasn’t boastful and loud, rather it simply featured a dejected Broncos mascot holding up a Russell Wilson jersey knowing that all hope was lost and whatever bet was made needed o now be carried out.

It’s a pretty hilarious ad and a great follow up to the earlier ad we saw as ESPN brought things full-circle by piling on the woeful Super Bowl performance by the Broncos.
