Former New York Jets Super Bowl winning quarterback Joe Namath was at MetLife Stadium ahead of Super Bowl XLVIII rocking a huge fur coat. PETA wasn’t thrilled and responded on Twitter.

They’re not done, they want Namath’s coat. If they get it, they plan on giving the coat a proper burial.

“All you have to do is box it up and call FedEx. It’s easier than a coin toss!” writes PETA Senior Vice President Lisa Lange. “[W]e can do the same thing with yours that we do with other fur coats donated by people who’ve turned their backs on fur—as you said you had a few decades back—and cut it up to make coats for refugee children. Please, Joe, don’t be a turncoat.”
