On Thursday night, the NBA announced the rosters for all of the event that will occur during All-Star Weekend.

The 3-point contest is generally one of the events fans look forward to the most (after the dunk contest, of course).

This year, the event has an excellent roster.

The defending champion, Cleveland Cavaliers’ point guard Kyrie Irving, Golden State Warriors’ guard Stephen Curry and Minntesota Timberwolves’ forward Kevin Love will highlight the event, but they will be joined by several other excellent shooters. Brooklyn Nets’ wing Joe Johnson, Washington Wizards’ guard Bradley Beal, San Antonio Spurs’ guard Marco Belinelli and Orlando Magic guard Arron Afflalo are all participating in the shootout. Portland Trail Blazers’ point guard, Damian Lillard, who is competing in every event, will also be competing in the contest.

Irving is shooting 35.4% from beyond the arc, Love is shooting 37.5%, Curry is hitting at a clip of 40.2%, Johnson is shooting 38.9% from downtown, Afflalo is connecting on 42.7% of his 3-point attempts, Beal is shooting 40.8% and Lillard is shooting 40.5%.

Belinelli is shooting 44.3% from beyond the arc, better than anyone else in the contest.

The contest will take place on Saturday, February 15 during All-Star Saturday Night on TNT.
