Missouri defensive end Michael Sam has come out ahead of his NFL career potentially starting. Which means if and when he is drafted, he will be come the first openly game player in the NFL. So some NFL players are already reacting on the Twitter.
Had multiple convos with @MikeSamFootball this year, amazed at his honesty & courage! Once a tiger, ALWAYS a Tiger!

It appears that @Mikesamfootball is a very high character guy. Beyond athletics, this is what u need in the locker room, & on the field.

Good for him RT @nfldraftscout: I'm amazed at your courage, Michael Sam. The NFL will have an active gay player. It's about time.
