Kobe Bryant hangs out with Richard Sherman on Nike Set (Photo)

The worlds of the NFL and NBA rarely collide but when they do, it’s always interesting to see stars mingle amongst themselves in a blending of superstar talent. One such occurrence happened on the set of a Nike commercial as Los Angeles Lakers star point guard Kobe Bryant mingled with Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl champion Richard Sherman.

It’s not hard to see the similarities between the two, as both are stars of their sports and both are now champions of the leagues they play in. Kobe hasn’t been a champion in a while but he probably had a few words of advice for Sherman has he attempts to do what Kobe did a few times in his career and repeat a championship.

Sherman might have some advice for Kobe too, as the aged superstar seems to be rushing himself back from injury to help the Lakers do nothing more than get a lottery pick this season.

Perhaps talking to Sherman tapped Bryant into the fountain of youth, as Lakers fans can only hope that Bryant not only rushes back from injury but returns better than he has been in his most recent stretch before getting injured again.

First I don’t like Basketball. Second I don’t like the Seahawks. I don’t understand why the girlie long hair is allowed in the NFL. I hope there’s a rule says you can tackle by grabbing the hair. To me this has set a bad example for the young upcoming players. Bronco’s fan yes

It’s always good to see star athletes get along. Especially from 2 different leagues. It’s a positive outlook for both sports.
