Pistons forward Andre Drummond may have been award the MVP award in Friday night’s BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge game last in New Orleans, but it was a pair of guards who stole the show at the New Orleans Arena.

New York Knicks’ rookie Tim Hardaway Jr. and oft-criticized Cleveland Cavaliers’ sophomore Dion Waiters put on a performance that many will be taking about for years.

The battle started to spark in the first half, but then really exploded in the second as the pair of guards went toe-to-toe in a classic game of “anything you can do, I can do better”. The two budding stars drained three pointer after three pointer, and, at one point, Waiters had 14 straight points for his team.

Waiters finished with 31 points for Team Hill. Team Weber’s Hardaway Jr. lead all scorers with 36 points. Waiters and Team Hill got the last laugh, however, winning the game 142-136 victory.

If you missed any part of the epic clash between the two players, or you just want to relive it, the power of technology has made the duel between Hardaway Jr. and Waiters available for all to see on the internet. Check it out for yourself below.
