The Philadelphia Eagles started the year with this guy named Riley Cooper who said a lot of dumb and down right disgusting things at a country music concert. That same guy ended the year one of the most positively talked about players from a statical standpoint and enters free agency a hot commodity.

According to ProFootballTalk.com, Cooper is going to draw a ton of interest when he hits the market this March.

"Cooper is due to become a free agent.  Per a league source, the man who slid into the starting lineup after Jeremy Maclin tore an ACL in the preseason, will have a significant demand for his services if/when he hits the market."

It’s not a guarantee that Cooper will hit the market though, as the Eagles could bring him back. But he hasn’t even been officially removed from the Eagles roster yet and he’s already being talked about as a top target. Some think that Eric Decker’s so-so Super Bowl performance may hurt him, and if it does that could mean Cooper is the best receiver in the eyes of many executive in the league.

There’s no saying that’s true, but one thing that is certain is that Cooper will get plenty of attention and will be plenty richer come the start of the preseason.
