The Utah Jazz are one of many teams in the NBA that casual fans have not heard much of when it comes to the impending trade deadline. While names like Evan Turner, Pau Gasol and Arron Afflalo have been tossed around with teams like the  Phoenix Suns, Charlotte Bobcats and New York Knicks, it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle.

Perhaps it’s for the best that Gordon Hayward got lost in the trade rumor shuffle, as his name coming up in rumors seems to have no truth to it whatsoever. Chad Ford from ESPN.com wrote in his weekly Tank Rank that the Jazz trading Hayward is unlikely, even if fans have been talking about it happening.

The likelihood of the Jazz making a deal has never seemed that high, as they were almost forced into discussions about Andrew Bynum earlier in the season. With those talks behind them, the Jazz appear ready to play out the rest o the season and are unlikely to make any trades based on everything that has been reported.
