The trade deadline is less than 24 hours away and we have our second deadline trade made. After the Sacramento Kings and Brooklyn Nets struck a blockbuster deal in the afternoon, the Los Angeles Lakers have also made a move to get in on the action and have struck a trade with the Golden State Warriors.

It’s not Jordan Hill on the move, rather it’s Steve Blake who has been traded by the Lakers to their California partners.

The deal isn’t a blockbuster, but it does give the Warriors the bench depth they were looking for, as well as a veteran shooter who can help the offense flow.

MarShon Brooks was just acquired by the Warriors last month from the Boston Celtics and appears to be done moving around now that the Lakers have grabbed him in this trade.
